With principal photography for the film targeted to begin in Q1-2027, "Momentum: God Save the King," adapted from the novel of the same name by Davis Grei, tells the story of Capt. James Blue and his squad, 'Dark Angel Team Unit-3' (call-sign 'DAT-U3'). It recounts a Dark-File mission where a successful government test yields an unexpected result. It hurls this fully equipped modern-day team back to a time not long past - three days before the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. … one of the most racially turbulent periods in our history.

A time of cowardly men in robes rampantly terrorizing people based on their insecurities and imagined slights. And DAT-U3 finds themselves being hunted by a serial murderer who has found the perfect hiding place within the ranks of the klan.

Not only does Capt. Blue and DAT-U3 have to regulate the momentum of being hunted, but they have to evaluate the impact of momentum on the circumstance: Did Dr. King’s death propel the civil rights movement forward, or will saving him stunt it and change the future forever?

“Dilemmas demand choices. Choices breed consequences. And those consequences root to become history.”

(currently in development)

There is a natural momentum to a hunt. The closer the predator tracks to the prey, the greater the intensity in speed to the hunt’s end. But if an ‘apex’ is being hunted, the effort will prove to be lethally costly to the hunter, because, by the apex’s design, the momentum will shift, turning the predator into prey.

As we are, after all, animals ourselves, the most dangerous thing we can ever do is forget that if it’s going to hunt you… hunt it back.
